Microcrystalline cellulose 200 is widely used in pharmaceutical preparations, mainly as a binder or thinner in oral tablets and capsules, not only for wet granulation but also for direct tablet pressing. More granular than 102, has better fluidity, suitable for direct tablet pressing.
